Data Analyst (SR-5269058-DA)

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Coordinate various data sources within an organization.
- Perform data profiling and discovery.
- Gather and interpret business requirements.
- Create data documentation.
- Perform data modeling and design.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

| 2 | Required | Working on data migration or data integration projects with specific experience with cleaning data, running basic reports, and maintaining existing dashboards. |
| 2 | Required | SQL experience writing queries to extract data from relational databases. |
| 2 | Preferred | Programming languages commonly used for data analysis such as Python or R. |
| 2 | Preferred | Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. |
| 2 | Preferred | Working on a development team. |
| 2 | Preferred | Completion of two or more full-scale data migration projects (legacy to cloud or legacy to modern ERP/CRM). |
| 2 | Preferred | Working in an Agile/Scrum environment. |
Note: Expected Start Date 07/01/2026 and Expected End Date 06/30/2029.
Hours worked should be within the State’s core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. In addition, Contractor personnel may be required to work on State holidays, weekends and hours outside of the State’s core business hours in order to meet critical deadlines.
