Data Architect (SR-5269193-ARCH)

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Design the vision and blueprint of an organization’s data framework.
- Design and manage data systems, set policies for how data is stored and accessed, coordinate various data sources within an organization, and integrate new data technologies into existing IT infrastructures.
- Data modeling and design, including software development and database administration.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

| 10 | Required | Professional experience in data ecosystems writing SQL queries, building ETL pipelines, and designing data architecture. |
| N/A | Preferred | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology. |
| 2 | Preferred | Prior experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) to modernize legacy data infrastructures. |
Note: Expected Start Date 07/01/2026 and Expected End Date 06/30/2027. May not be extended beyond June 30, 2029.
Hours worked should be within the State’s core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. In addition, Contractor personnel may be required to work on State holidays, weekends and hours outside of the State’s core business hours in order to meet critical deadlines.
