Scope/Description of Services
Perform advanced automated systems development work as a member of the Maintenance and Operations team, participate in one or more projects concurrently. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including external customer service, analyzing and documenting requirements, coding, testing as well as resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients.
Develop and test COBOL and JCL Applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements. Document current processes, create and review written specification additions/modifications and create test cases for defects involving new and modified program policies. Analyze, document, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Test applications in accordance with agency standards. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

Note: Expected Start Date: 06/09/2025 End Date: 08/31/2025. May be renewed up to an additional 4 years.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must have a secure, dedicated workspace with Internet service, ability to maintain a reliable consistent work schedule, and be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours. Position may require team members to come into the office; there may be unscheduled requests with seventy-two (72) hour notice for any TWC business need.
