I.  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Development and enhancement of applications supporting Texas’ 1,247 school districts.

Work across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficacy of assigned components.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment.

Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases. Develop scalable and high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless database integration using Oracle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the DevOps team, to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the existing legacy project, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

A seasoned Software Development Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), demonstrating:

  • 1) Expertise in Microsoft Technologies & Database Systems
  • 2) Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles.
  • 3)Advanced knowledge of Oracle database management, including PL/SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems.

Agile & DevOps Practices

Skilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery.

Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies.

Version Control & Data Engineering

Proficient in Bitbucket for version control.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.

Problem Solving & Collaboration

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments.

Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges.
