I.  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Provides the agency with a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to enable a consistent SharePoint experience across the Departments. Training will be provided to enable each division to have the ability to maintain their own SharePoint site moving forward. Additionally, the use of SharePoint will enable better transparency, safely sharing of information, and version control of documents.

  • Creates SharePoint sites, workflows, and forms by following best practices.
  • Leads design, scope, implementation, governance, and documentation for a MS SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online.
  • Manages adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Works directly with IT support staff to configure SharePoint systems to specified requirements and perform maintenance of the SharePoint platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Provide systems training to staff and customers.
  • Provide integration support of other office 365 applications, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Azure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Note: Expected Start Date 11/14/2025 and Expected End Date 02/28/2026. May be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.

This position is Telework; primary location – Remote.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. May be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
